What is Punta Pacifica?
Metro Realty welcomes you to Punta Pacifica. We are excited to tell you a little about this neighborhood, which until recently was largely sea. Today it is one of the most important neighborhoods in Panama City. Walking through its streets, you will be surprised by the sensation of walking among so many tall buildings of modern architectural styles.
Punta Pacifica has everything that is needed for a life surrounded by comfort, such as schools, major hospitals, shopping centers, supermarkets, banks, and restaurants.
The old Trump Hotel (now JW Marriot) is located in this area. It is super safe and always patrolled.
Punta Pacifica is located in the city’s downtown, a few minutes from the Banking Center.
You can walk to restaurants, supermarkets, the bank, even the Multiplaza Pacifica, the most glamorous shopping center in all of Panama, home to the best brands in the world.
It should be noted that from Punta Pacifica you can access the two artificial islands known as Ocean Reef, a masterpiece of modern engineering and the only artificial islands in Central America, definitely the most exclusive area in the entire country with its own marina.
Places of Interest in Punta Pacifica
Some of the favorite places for residents in Punta Pacifica are the restaurants and clubs that are in the JW Marriot hotel, such as La Vespa restaurant, Petit Paris, and Lost Urban beach club, as well as the very busy plaza, the Coffee Bean, and Saint Honore. Another place that Punta Pacifica residents love to visit is the new Pacific Center shopping center, which has a movie theater and many other shops, as well as the Panama Clinic Hospital and Clinics, one of the best private hospitals in the country.
In Punta Pacifica, the Bet Max Ve Sarah Orthodox/Sephardic Synagogue, an important place of worship and meeting for the Jewish community residing in Punta Pacifica, which represents a large part of the residents in the Punta Pacifica area.
